Harry Potter Warner Bro's Studio Tour

This post is a must, purely because I am Harry Potter's number 1 fan although I'm sure there are many people who would like to say otherwise! As soon as I heard about being able to go to the set of Harry Potter in London and get an inside scoop on everything Harry Potter-y, I was so excited I had to get my hands on some tickets. I took my best friend- Harry Potter's second biggest fan, with me for a fun filled day at Hogwarts! If you haven't been, and you're a Harry Potter fan, you need to go! It's a once in a lifetime opportunity and you will have the most amazing time!

When you first go in, you go into this little room and watch a short clip, and then all of a sudden the curtains drop and the doors to the Great Hall are right there in front of you! It is so magical. There is so much to see and do there, from the Great Hall, to all the costumes/wigs/stage settings, and you even get to fly on the broom sticks! I absolutely loved seeing Dumbledoor's office, Harry Potters dorm and cupboard under the stairs! I also loved Snape's classroom and getting to see Privet Drive! You also get to see the Night Bus, Hagrids Motorcycle, the wooden shack like bridge that is used when Neville Longbottom is being chased across it by Voldemort and his followers! It is just amazing. It is the most magical place I have been to! I was worried that it was going to take the magic out of watching the film for me, because even now I still watch them over and over again and I am 21 years old. *child at heart* One disappointment for me was the butter beer I'm afraid. Nothing more than an IronBru with a weird froth on top! Oh I just remembered that you can walk through Diagon Alley and see Olivanders, and Fred and Georges shop! But the thing that topped it off for me was what was in the last room before you got to the end and went to the Hogwarts shop. The lifesize sculpture of Hogwarts and it's grounds that you can walk around! It's so clever and so magical!

Here's a few photos of my day at Hogwarts!

I'm really in the mood for watching Harry Potter now! Hope you liked the photos and  got a good look at what the tour has to offer! You really have to go while you still have the opportunity to! P.S sorry about the poor quality photos, they were taken on my old Iphone! Follow me on twitter here if you want to catch up with me on a daily basis! Untill next time, Happy November!
