Spring Styling

Despite it being spring now here in the UK, typically our weather likes to be quite indecisive. Recently, I picked up this long waterfall jacket, in an attempt to keep me warm in the April showers, but cool during the warmer periods. So far, the weather has remained indecisive, which has given me enough time to decide whether this purchase has served its purpose, and it has. I couldn't be more pleased and I have had so many compliments whilst wearing it..

I paired it with a white and blue stripy dress, (actually my best friends but shh), some 100% black denier tights and my favourite high heeled boots from New Look. Simple and easy but looks quite chic. What I love about this almost dressing gown type coat, is you can dress it up and dress it down. It looks cool and city girl-esque with a monochrome outfit underneath, or you can go for a pretty and feminine look with a lovely skirt/dress and sandals or heels. You could change it up and wear it casually like I have in these photos with a jersey dress and tights, or chuck on your favourite ripped jeans, baggy white tee, overside jewellery and your favourite pair of scruffy converse. The list is endless! I will leave all links to what i'm wearing down below, or similar styles you could opt for.

Also, leave me a comment down below telling me what you think of this look!
